Conquer your Fears

" The hero and the coward both feel the same thing: fear; its what they do with that fear that separates them." - Legendary trainer Cus D’Amato

Even Superheroes sometimes lose hope against something cant be handled by them or they are too scared to face that shit altogether. With us, we are scared to face our fears, change, habits, behavior, and many more. Unlike us, a lot of people face the same feeling in day-to-day life to face something.

Fear is just to push you down and not take the steps towards the attainment of greatness in yourself. It holds you back and keeps you in your little comfortable cacoon but if you face your fear and break the cacoon you will realize it was so easy and you were just letting it give you rock bottom for this time.

I learned to face fears from Batman -There could be no more excellent illustration of confronting one's feelings of trepidation and utilizing them to improve your life than the narrative of Bruce Wayne and Batman.

Recollect the scene from Batman wherein a youthful Bruce tumbled down a well? He experienced a multitude of bats that would frequent him for a decent part of his young life. At last, Bruce chooses to take something that once spooky him and turn this power against his adversaries. In doing so he turned his biggest dread — bats — to work for him, at last turning into an image for the Hope of Gotham.

In case you will end up being simply the best form, you'll need to stand up to your feeling of fear, as well.

Regardless of how we need to manage our lives — whether it's having a go at something new, proceed with our quest for someone to consume our time on earth with, endeavoring to make it as a performer, or in a real sense attempting to become Batman — the excursion will be loaded up with high points and low points. We will battle, we will mess up, and we will suck and get baffled when things don't work out as expected.

Luckily, there are explicit ways we can intellectually and truly bob back from these difficulties. I've as of now ideally persuaded you to bomb more. I'm presently going to allow you to suck more.

Consistently, there's a draw from inside that advises us to stay with the things we're somewhat acceptable at, or things that we can't humiliate ourselves with. I need you to do the specific inverse of that. Prior, I discussed the dread of the obscure or the dread of disappointment. Presently, I need to pound another dread we may have the dread of looking stupid or being terrible at something!

Growth always happens at our limits. Attempt. Push. Reach. Be apprehensive. Recall that in The Dark Knight Rises, it's Wayne's absence of dread that keeps him powerless and stuck somewhere inside the pit jail. As his kindred detainee prompts him: "Make the move… as the kid did. Without rope. At that point, dread will discover you once more." Letting go, facing a challenge, and feeling the dread is actually what Wayne, and we, regularly need to move into the light and arrive at our objectives. At the end of the day, "Mental fortitude is being terrified to death, however outfitting up at any rate."

So, face the fear and see what happens. You might succeed, and you might fail. And failure might end up being the best thing that could happen to you.

BE Great

BE Fearless

BE like Batman

One life matters !!!
